is wd40 safe to use? i thought i read that wd40 wasnt used in 3d printing but then again i mustve read that many years ago. things have changed since then.

This is only a tool. WD40 is a series of products. Please select a suitable WD40 for cleaning, such as "fast drying contact cleaner", which is used for cleaning precision appliances and is non-corrosive. If lubrication is to be desired, select a different size WD40 grease.
