The Xingguo Temple Pagoda is a pavilion-style brick and wood structure with eight floors. The tower remains 42.83 meters high. 

The northeast corner of the sixth floor is ruined. There are still three fragments of the seventh floor. Only a fragment of the wall remains on the eighth floor . The Xingguo Temple Pagoda has become a symbol of the ancient city of Jiangyin and a symbol of the indomitable spirit of the Jiangyin people
