Planetary Gear Toy

Smooth and Grip version

Printing with good filament and correct setting is important (Black version is from esun PLA Matte (generic pla preset) / Green is Bambu PLA Basic(Bambu PLA Basic preset))

a version from another Brand (DAS FILAMENT) didnt work well it jams very often

maybe the tolerance can be a bit smaller for smoother fidgeting but awesome!

What filament and settings did you use? I printed one with filament from a small brand and the preset generic PLA, and it doesn't spin very well. Maybe I will upload a version with looser tolerances.

Print worked great in PLA. I tried in non-bambu silk PLA and it was a little stiff (at least at first, haven't run it in yet)

Someone else also had problems with silk filament i never used it myself

The gears were initially stuck together slightly, probably due to the generic PLA that I used, but after giving the outer circle a squeeze and loosening up the gears, it’s super smooth to spin.

Excelente, tuve que imprimir con soporte balsa porque al primer intento se despegó (estoy en temporada de invierno sur de chile) pero salio perfecto! Gira super suave.
