Hi,
as I mainly print ABS and ASA I upgraded my Bambulab X1C with this mod:
https://www.printables.com/de/model/418630-bambu-lab-integrated-hepa-carbon-aux-filter
But I wanted to let the Aux fan with the filter run all the time when I print these materials.
The problem is that it blows directly on the print and can cause problems.
So I created this air reflector / guide so that the air will blow up instead of on the part.
As the reflecor needs to have a certain height and also a certain distace to the fan outlet it gets a little in the way of the hotend when it drives completely to the side.
My solution is to use 2 magnets so that the reflector will fold down a little (like a hinge) when the hotend touches it instead of crashing.
I printed with ABS and used 10x2 magnets (I made the holes 0,2 bigger because of the ABS shrinkage. So the magnets will fit perfectly.
Edit: I made a V2 that is even less visable on the camera :)
