Simple BBL Spool Specific Winder

DESCRIPTION

Simple, effective, robust, easy to print, dedicated winder.

COMPATIBILITY

It's designed to fit perfectly the Bambu Lab spools and be gentle on them, as the contact is across a large flat surface and not along a thin ring like typical tapered mounts.

PRINTING OPTIONS

It's printed in ABS with 50% infill and 5 walls for robustness and 0.28 layer height for fast printing. It must last a lifetime.

HARDWARE

You only will need a M8 80 mm long screw and a 6 mm or ¼" screwdriver bit, that's all.

ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS

• Print the 3 parts.
• Fit the screw in the “screw” part. It press fits.
• 
• Before the first use the “nut” part thread must be created. Simply screw this part in the “screw” manually. You will need some force to create the path, but you will have to do it only once.
• 

USE INSTRUCTIONS

• Insert “screw” from one side of the spools hole. The inner recessed ring must fit the hole.
• 
• Insert the “washer” part from the other side. The inner recessed ring must fit the hole.
• Screw the “nut” until it feels tight.
• 
• Insert the screwdriver bit in the nut.
• 
• Profit.
