When I've been out riding my Electric Bicycle I often stop off at a little Take-Away coffee shop, It's quite popular and only has 5 or 6 seats so it's a bit hit and miss whether there are any seats available, so I thought why not make a cup holder for my bike, then I can continue with my Ride these are the tapered cup's as in the photos
As with a lot of these new style bikes the handlebar is a bigger diameter and mine is 30 mm with which this particular holder is modeled to, if the handle bar is smaller then electricians tape or something similar could be used to shim it out so to speak.
My bike has front suspension but that wasn't enough to stop the contents from coming out of the drinking hole in the lid(See Photo) so this would need to be plugged until the level has gone down a bit in the cup.
Overall the cup holder worked very well, some hardware is needed to assemble.
2 x 5mm Low Profile Allen head bolts approx 25 mm these can be cut down easily if too long, and also 2 x 5 mm Locknuts, the clamp has recess's for the nuts to be pulled into.
The cup holder could be used for other horizontal purposes as well.
Great Little Project.
Thanks for Looking.
