Description

此盒子需要用到一块100×100×2mm的透明亚克力板,其中4个角需要加工出1mm的倒角,可以用水口钳剪;还需要4颗直径6以内的强力磁铁,可以到淘宝购买。This box requires a 100×100×2mm transparent acrylic board, where the 4 corners need to be chamfered with a 1mm cut, which can be done with a water jet cutter. It also requires four strong magnets with a diameter of up to 6mm, and can be purchased on Amazon.

 

先打印盘7的磁铁测试件,比如手上的磁铁是直径6的,就打印6那一个测试件。打印出来后,将磁铁依次插入测试孔里,当需要用点力才能插入,插入后又不会轻易掉出来时,记录对应位置前面的数字,即配合值,比如+0.1,那所需要的磁铁孔直径就是6+0.1=6.1(代数A)。将磁铁的实际高度加上0.2安全距离,如实际高度是5mm,则是5.2(代数B)。First print the magnet size test piece for plate 7. For example, if the magnet on your hand is a 6-diameter, print the test piece with a diameter of 6. After printing, insert the magnet into the test hole in order. When it takes a little force to insert it and it does not easily fall out after insertion, record the number in front of the corresponding position, which is the fit value, such as +0.1. The required diameter of the magnet hole is 6+0.1=6.1 (algebra A). Add 0.2 safety distance to the actual height of the magnet. If the actual height is 5mm, it is 5.2 (algebra B).

 

将盘1和盘2的各两个负体积圆柱的尺寸都修改为上面计算出来的值(X=Y=A,Z=B)。然后点移动,将负体积圆柱的Z坐标值改成如下图的计算值。Modify the dimensions of the two negative volume cylinders on plate 1 and plate 2 to the values calculated above (X=Y=A, Z=B). Then click Move to change the Z position of the negative volume cylinders to the calculated values shown in the image below.

 

开始打印,在暂停时,放入磁铁或亚克力板,之后继续打印。注意:在放磁铁时要区分方向,确保上下盖盖一起时能相互吸住;放亚克力板时,需要在板的边缘涂上一点固体胶(涂胶面朝上),以便在后续打印时耗材丝能顺利地粘在亚克力板上。Start 3D printing, and when paused, place 2 magnets or acrylic board, and then continue printing.
