改进了:

1.加长了活动模块,使得书本可以更好地立着;

2.底座加长,重心更稳;

3.设计了大小两个不同版本,无论是P1/X1/A1M打印机,都有合适的版本可以打印。

 

打印注意事项:

1.根据个人尝试,两层壁厚已经足够,你也可以加到三层壁厚以进一步增加其强度

2.打印大件的底座时可能容易翘边,可以通过喷涂LDLAC等胶水、提高热床温度(我个人参数是:PLA 55-60℃,PETG 70℃)、封箱等措施防止翘边。

灵感来自LIHIT LAB 的获奖作品 A-3575 Firm Book End,结合古典欧洲的建筑风格设计出来的书架。(中式建筑风格正在设计中,敬请期待)

不得不说这是一个很巧妙的设计,能够始终让书本保持直立,即使从中间抽出书本,相应的模块就会落下,其它的书也不会倒。

但是原版的设计比较单调,并且售价过于高昂,于是我决定设计出这款更好看的书架,在外观和使用细节上做了优化。

 

注意事项:

1.只需要打印两部分,并将二者拼在一起就行。我设计了暗扣,拼装过程中可能会听见“咔哒”一声,就代表拼装到位了。

2.书架侧面我设计了插槽,这样就可以让多个书架并在一起。

Improved:

1. lengthened movable module, which makes the book can stand better;

2. longer base, more stable center of gravity;

3. Two different size, either P1/X1/A1M printers, there is a suitable version to print.

 

Printing notes:

1. According to personal attempts, two layers of wall thickness is sufficient, you can also add up to three layers of wall thickness to further increase its strength

2. To faced with the possibility of model edge warping,you can prevent warping by spraying glue such as LDLAC, raising the temperature of the heat bed (my personal parameter is: PLA 55-60 ℃, PETG 70 ℃), create a closed printing environment and other measures.

No complicated assembly required! Integrated molding and printed out ready to use!

Inspired by LIHIT LAB's award-winning A-3575 Firm Book End, the bookshelf is designed with classical European architectural style. (Chinese architectural style is under design, stay tuned)

I have to say that this is a very clever design, which can always keep the books upright, even if you pull out the books from the center, the corresponding modules will fall down, and the other books will not fall down.

But the original was boring and sold for too much money, so I decided to design this better looking bookshelf, optimized in appearance and usage details.

 

Notes:

1. just print the two parts and put the two together. I designed a secret button, during the assembly process, you may hear a "click", which means that the assembly is in place.

2. I designed slots on the side of the bookshelf so that multiple bookshelves can be put together.

weak support from the bottom. extremely easy to break apart in this design. and my hand gets cut deep when it breaks

sorry about that,but I made some of these models for each of my 4 friends to use and haven't found any problems so far. So can you elaborate on what tends to break? So I can make improvements.
