Description

I wanted to store the Atorch DL24 Electronic Load module plus the accessory that I ordered with it away till needed, I did have everything saved in a container but still, it was not what I wanted, so I searched for something that will work for me and the only design that I relay liked was Gigahawk design, but still it didn’t have space to store all of the extra stuff.

So I used gpvillamil customizable drawer design to get a box and drawer, that I modified later to fit my needs, also I utilized Elothan Thumbscrews as a handle for the drawer. Additional drawer has two inserts in the inside, one to hold the USB module and the other to hold the PD trigger for the USB C

You will need 7 M3 screws to mount the module to the case:

  • 6x 4-6mm in length
  • 1x 18-20mm in length

Note that all the files are oriented for printing. The Included files are:

  • Atorch DL24 Electronic Load module Box (Print with Support, Organic Support works great + Also Print with materials other than PLA)
  • Atorch DL24 Electronic Load module Drawer (It does not require any support)
  • Buttons for Screen Led
  • M3 spacer (Resized from the original for better fitment)
  • M3 Thumbscrew (Original, I printed without support but if you have issue then enable support)
  • Screen Lid with Text (Print with support + you can change filament at text start layer for colored print -or use a colored printer)

I am also including a Bambu Studio 3MF file with colored face plate and configured support setting for easy removal using PETG.
