This is an Anti-vibration base for the A1 Mini, which allows the A1 Mini to use the Anti-vibration feet for the P1/X1.

It does the same thing as it does on the P1/X1, it reduces the amount of vibration that the printer transmits to the platform on which it is placed.
This won't improve print quality, but it could save you or your neighbor's sleep. Or if you have multiple printers, this will prevent them from interfering with each other.
