This generator allows you to create a custom AMS adapter ring for any filament that is smaller than a 1kg spool. It will create adapter rings that will expand the diameter of the spool to that of a 1kg AMS-compatible spool and it will ensure that the width of the spool also fits which is often ignored with adapter rings. Additionally, as long as the spool diameter is not too close to that of a 1kg spool, it will also generate holes to hold the filament when it is not in use.

Ensure that you get good measurements of your spool as values being too small can cause warping that will prevent the adapter from rolling smoothly and values being too big can prevent a tight fit. The overhang that sits over the spool should be very small and the overhang compensation parameter can be set if needed.

It is recommended to leave the AMS parameters and the arm count parameter alone since they are already tuned to work with AMS.
