Utility outlet cover designed for quick access to residential water shut off valve.

Design can be adapted to work for other similar applications but I tailored it to my existing wall cutout (~10.25in x 13.125in).

This large size cutout forced me to split up the design into pieces that would be assembled after printing.

Used #10 wood screws to fasten the pieces to the substrate and to hold each corner piece to each other, this proved more effective than glue.

Also needed to glue all the panel pieces to a slightly smaller piece of 1/2in plywood as backing support.

After testing fit with the valve handle I had to cut a relief into the panel to allow for unobstructed operation.
