Realizzazione di un portachiavi con inserto, per averlo sempre con se in caso di emergenza! :)

Disegnato appositamente con la sede per l'inserto e con la possibilità di mettere un piccolo magnete di dimensioni 9,6mm di diametro e l'altezza è di 2mm, comprabile ovunque.

Disegnato con la tolleranza dimensionale della stampante.

I think you need to change the thread type. I've just tried printing this 4 times, 0.2mm, 0.16mm and 0.12mm layer heights and with slower internal walls and avoiding moving the head across the internal walls but keep getting strands across the internal threads. Or perhaps you have some other slicer setting to avoid this you could share?

I'm sorry you threw away some material. As a 3D printer I am using "Ender 3pro" and this 0.1 layer object with a 0.4mm nozzle, seeing the image it seems to me that it runs at high speed, I currently printed it with a speed of 30mm/s (printer performance) I advise you to print the object with the head facing the bed, otherwise vice versa using support. I may try slower then. I did slow down the Bambu from 300 to 200, but with this small radius I bet it does not even get anywhere near that speed anyway. Thanks for the reply! Appreciated.

Thanks, I had not spotted the internal rim that needed support. I've painted on the required support and shared the successful print profile for others, hopefully that increases your audience :-)
