特点:

  1. 角度精细可调,上段滑套0-120度可调,每段15度;下段滑套无限位,每段9度可调;上下结合,可做到0-120度,每3度一个步进;
  2. 滑套和内管之间使用弹簧张紧,可提供相对一致的鱼线张力,解决因鱼线老化导致的准度下降;电缸连发也能保持很好的准度;

BOM:

  1. 弹簧一只:线径1.8mm x 外径24mm x 高度25mm (线径1.6也可以使用)
  2. 鱼线二米:PE材质多股编织鱼线(更结实,拉伸形变小),我自己测试使用4号鱼线(线径0.3mm左右),效果良好

 

注意:

 

1、使用外管来解决内芯和滑套的同心度问题,所以尺寸间隙留的很小,你需要调试好耗材的流量比例以及K值,推荐使用CF材料或者PLA+(plus)来打印。

 Use the outer tube to address the concentricity issue between the core and the bushing, hence the dimensional clearance is kept very small. You will need to fine-tune the flow ratio of the consumables. It is recommended to use carbon fiber (CF) material or PLA plus for printing.

 

2、考虑到锁套上紧时可能会影响外管,外管螺纹上紧是逆时针旋转,别反着把螺纹拧坏了

Considering that tightening the lock sleeve might affect the outer tube, the outer tube's threads are tightened by rotating counterclockwise. Make sure not to reverse the direction and damage the threads.

 

 

Features:


 

  • Finely adjustable angles with the upper slide sleeve adjustable from 0 to 120 degrees in 15-degree increments; the lower slide sleeve has infinite positions, adjustable in 9-degree increments. Combined, they achieve 0 to 120 degrees with a 3-degree step.
  • Uses a spring for tension between the slide sleeve and the inner tube, providing relatively consistent fishing line tension. This resolves accuracy decline due to line aging; even with rapid firing, accuracy remains high.
  • A front venting structure, along with a convenient and sturdy lock buckle design, optimizes the appearance of the lock sleeve and reduces tubing depth.
  • Utilizes an outer tube to solve concentricity between the slide sleeve and the core, offering two styles of outer tubes for selection.
  • Fully modular design, FDM printing requires no supports, winding the line is as easy as using your hands, convenient assembly and disassembly, easy to replace parts.

  • One spring: Wire diameter 1.8mm x Outer diameter 24mm x Height 25mm (A wire diameter of 1.6mm can also be used)
  • Two meters of fishing line: PE material, multi-strand braided fishing line (more durable, less stretch deformation)

安装:

 

1.安装内管、弹簧及滑套,按压并旋转滑套归0

Install the inner tube, spring, and slide sleeve. Press and rotate the slide sleeve to reset to 0.

 

 

2. 安装尾套,缠鱼线。注意:从下往上缠,缠绕鱼线时每穿过一个孔,要用力拉紧,最后可使用502胶水将鱼线粘在预留的线槽里(提供一个简易挂钩模型,可以从另一边将鱼线勾出)

    

Install the tailpiece and wrap the fishing line. Note: Wrap from bottom to top. When wrapping the line, pull it tight after passing through each hole. Finally, use 502 glue to adhere the fishing line into the reserved groove (a simple hook model is provided, which can be used to hook the line out from the other side).

 

 

3.调整角度,按压顶部套管调整(15度步进);或稍微按压一点弹簧后,旋转底部套管(9度步进)

Adjust the angle by pressing the top sleeve for 15-degree steps; or by slightly compressing the spring before rotating the bottom sleeve for 9-degree steps.

4. 连接内管及散气管,插入后,逆时针旋转卡住

Connect the inner tube and the venting tube. After insertion, rotate it counterclockwise to lock into place.

 

 

5.连接外管,及锁套,安装到玩具上,have fun

Connect the outer tube and the lock sleeve. Install it onto the toy and have fun.

what does it do add muzzle verlocity

The primary goal of adding spin to the dart with a fishing line barrel is to stabilize its trajectory, not to increase its speed.
