This is a hastily designed single shot sled that replaces the magazine on my Savage Impulse Hog Hunter.

While sighting in the rifle, I like to feed one round of ammo at a time rather than detatching the magazine to refill every 3 shots. This sled allows me to just drop the round into the chamber and close the bolt. This was not that simple with the facotry Savage magazine, so I went looking for a “sled” - while I did find a few available, it is a simple enough part to model up in TinkerCAD and avoid a $30 expense.

This sled fits my Savage Impulse Hog Hunter in 6.5 Creedmoor… your mileage may vary with different models/calibers.
