Description

"Flash 3D Model" ⚡

Embrace the lightning speed of the Scarlet Speedster with this spectacular Flash 3D model! Inspired by the iconic character from the DC Universe, this intricately designed piece will infuse your space with a burst of superhero energy.

This model does not yet contain the step file, so to import it into Bamboo Studio, you just have to select all the STLs and drag it to Bambu Studio!

Bambu Studio Settings:
The settings are just a recommendation, however you can print with the settings you are already used to using!

• Preferences (ctrl + P) → activate developer settings → Quality →Advanced → First Layer Flow Ratio: 1.04
• Quality → Wall generator → Arachne
• Quality → Wall transitioning threshold angle → 50º
• Strength → Advanced → Infill/wall overlap → 20%
• Quality → Advanced → Avoid crossing walls
• Increasing retraction / reducing temperature can help reducing wisps
• I recommend always starting with the lighter colors.

Recommendations before and after printing:

• Use textured PEI sheet

• To make the hole for the USB cable input for the LEDs, you can do it with a soldering iron, drill a hole or you can do it with a slicer by adding a negative model in the place where you want to make the hole

• For the pieces to give more light, I recommend using aluminum tape on the inside of the back cover

• Be careful to clean the table well

Materials and tools used to assemble parts:

• Aluminum Tape for the back cover
• Hot glue pistol to place in the spacing of the LEDs so they don't come off

• Soldering iron to make the hole for the USB cable and/or to solder the LEDs with the USB cable with ON/OFF switch

• White or RGB LEDs

To find out the list of all the components I use, you can click on the link in my description, and you will find it in the first post!your space.

so this model states it is a light box...? was going to upload a printing profile but after printing this I realized that there is no cut out for the LED strips lol I'm not sure if this is a mistake or if you meant to do this but this cannot be turned into a light box with the files that you uploaded considering there is no cut out for LED strips to exit the box anywhere on the whole model. would have loved to rate this five stars and upload a print profile but I don't think anybody else can get any use out of this seeing that it is supposed to be a light box but cannot wire up LEDs since there is no cut out hopefully at some point in the future this can be resolved.

Yes, it's a light box, friend, but you have to make the hole with a soldering iron to pass the USB cable through! This is how I make models friend But I think it's possible to make the hole in the slicer itself, but I'm not sure.

I'm a little confused of why this is on here then? this platform is supposed to be for easy printing and the uploaders are supposed to provide profiles this doesn't have a profile and requires you to burn a hole in your model? this doesn't seem very professional. this comes off as you are just here to farm for points rather than make good printing profiles for your prints.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you understand what the point of makerworld is! makerworld was created with the aim of making printing easier and more accessible to everyone, but this does not mean that the model creator has the obligation to create a printing profile. The intention of makerworld is to have the best creators of the models and then join them with the best specialists in creating the profile for the different types of filament that we use in printing. So I'm a 3D modeler and I share my creations, and then people with more experience than me create print profiles. In case you didn't know, if you create a print profile for any model, you earn points too. Regarding the hole, it is so simple to do it, there are videos on YouTube. But I will soon release a video explaining how to apply a hole in the Bamboo Studio to the pieces. Thank you and I apologize for anything!

I wish there was a file to load in. I am newer to this and tried adding in the files one by one and changing the colors, but they all change to that one color then. Is there any way you can add the complete file to load in? Thank you!

What lights are you using. I have some LED strips but they are not easily able to curve and contour to the back of the Lightbox.
