Description

This is my personally designed ergonomic wireless mouse 002. The entire model is based on my design.

This wireless mouse was printed using PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments.
The mouse body and scroll wheel extender were printed with PLA, the mouse base was printed with PETG filament, and the wheel and body decor were printed with TPU filament. The body decor (the black line on the body, as seen in the photo) can be customized with your personal name or nickname.

For the mouse, I used the bambu wireless mouse components Kit 002, which requires minor modifications by resoldering four switches. To assemble everything, you will need to unsolder the four switches and solder them to wires about 6 cm long. Additionally, you will need a board measuring approximately 5 cm x 5 mm.

To this board, you will solder the wheel switch (you can see all this in the pictures). The two front switches will need to be glued to the mouse itself with hot glue (see the picture)
.
Unsolder the scroll wheel extender from the board, solder the wires to it, and then solder those wires to the board (see photo).

The last thing you will need to do is unsolder the switch that is under the wheel, solder it to a 5 cm x 5 mm cut plate, and then screw it to the extended "leg" (see the picture).

Now that everything is resoldered, the whole board should be fixed to the mouse cover. Then, put on the wheel with the TPU-printed wheel cover. Once assembled, it should be attached to the rotary switch and placed on the extension (it is green in the picture). The extension's "leg" should then be glued to the cover and screwed in from below (see photo).

Once that's all done, screw the cover with the entire board to the mouse itself. Then, glue the TPU-printed decor to the body, and you're done! :)

After assembly, you can use grip tapes, which will need to be cut to size.
