This is the 3.0mm variant of the Lenovo Thinkpad Trackpoint cap. 

I printed it in TPU. It's a bit messy (being small format TPU) and probably would have printer cleaner on a 0.20mm nozzle, but the end result works GREAT on my Lenovo P1 Gen 6. I actually ordered some third party replacement caps online and it works FAR better than those from a precision perspective. I had to max out the sensitivity to get the store bought replacements to work and this one didn't need that. And the little dots I put on the top are good texture for the finger.

One note - even though the bottom opening where it slides over the keyboard connector is open in the model, it had some extra TPU in it when done. I used some needle tweezers and was able to clean it out.

Sorry about the picture quality - the thing is small and black so it's really tough to get a good picture. I printed it in black because the reason I needed a new one in the first place? My dog saw the red one and ate it right off my keyboard. I then replaced it with a new red one and he ate that one too. So far so good in black.

I used Ninjatek Cheetah TPU (I believe it's 95A) on my Bambu X1C with the 0.16mm Optimal setting. It did not need a brim on my smooth plate.
