Thanks! Yes this is done with stacking layers so you should be able to change out the filament on the given layer.

For sure let me know, if its with an AMS I added all the color changes in the print profile, if you are printing without an AMS you may need to add print pauses and change it yourself. Definitely share your print when it done :)
