Love this Print. Been trying to do the blade in glow in the dark PLA but the small end piece keeps breaking on me. Is there a way to make just the end piece solid instead of hollow like the other two?

I understand what you mean. The blades are pretty fragile especially the smaller blade. I will try to make it a solid piece. Thank you for the suggestion!

Awesome design! Thanks for sharing. I would highly recommend using a small round file like the one in my picture. It allows the telescoping part to operate smoother. I also put a little pfte lubricant on them and they pop right out now. It can be printed in petg (the translucent blue one is); but, it's tricky and I would highly recommend using a dryer. The very tips of mine were rough but I didn't dry it first. Also go slow and I set brim a little higher.

Oh fantastic! Glad you guys liked it! But yes due to its small size it is quite fragile and also a sort of replica of the actual lightsaber. I will try to fix some critical areas but it’s only gonna go so far. At the end, it’s is really just a keychain or a small fidget device. Thank you for the information. Will try to do something

Works great with PLA! I tried to make the blade with ABS, it didn't move, so I used the only non-silk pla I had at the moment (obi wan now has a darksaber lol)
