Kudos to neoyarus who created that awesome Springless Lace Lock (Parametric) and made also the fusion360 files available.
That allowed me to adapt the model by moving the holes a bit down (1mm) to allow using a tougher cord.
The model I used is for 6mm cord, but I printed it at 125% (adjusted in slicer) to use my 6-7mm cord.
My cord was too tough and I needed more clearance. So I moved the holes down a bit (1mm). You can adjust the parameter in fusion (HoleDisplacement) to what you might need.
Then I added some knobs for better handling (thanks for the idea to lulu's from the printables remix),
and I also added a small chamfer to the pin, which should make it a bit more robust. It had snapped twice for me and I thought that might help.
Enjoy!
