Just make sure to keep internal temperatures low when printing using PETG. lid open or chamber fan on

That does look terrible, I have to admit I've never used the Engineering Plate. If you have the correct plate and the 0.4 nozzle selected, I have no idea what the problem is.

I think I figured it out as it happened on my PETG-CF as well. Internal Temps were getting too high. Just turning on Chamber Fan on 100% fixed it. I can remove or fix the review

I used Bambu Lab’s PLA material. It started out perfect except for being a little difficult to assemble. But after a day, it lost its elasticity and could hardly bounce out. 😰

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's possible that storing the flutter gun while loaded contributed to the loss of elasticity in the PLA material. To maintain spring tension, try unloading it when not in use. Hope this helps!

Yes, there should be no problem in the design. It is most likely caused by the characteristics of the PLA material. But I have a suggestion, which is to provide a slot to hold the elastic part when it is idle to maintain its shape and spring tension (as marked by the blue line in the picture). 😀
