Description

这个Airtag保护套具备特殊设计,使得Airtag发出的铃声可以不受遮挡。

如果没有特殊情况,建议使用0.2mm精度来打印——因为这个情况下的支撑非常容易拆卸,而且0.08mm的精度并不会提供非常大的差别!

This Airtag case features a special design that allows the ringtone emitted by the Airtag to remain unobstructed.

If there are no special circumstances, it is recommended to print with 0.2mm accuracy - as the support in this case is very easy to remove and 0.08mm accuracy does not provide a very big difference!

 

制作步骤:

首先,打印出所有所需的零件

这里打印的零件就是0.08mm精度,支撑很难拆干净。

 

 

然后,利用零件上预留的配合特征,让零件被两两组合。在我预留的定位孔与定位槽中滴加502,使得零件紧密粘结在一起。

这里使用的就是0.2mm精度的模块,非常好拆支撑,而且支撑接触面特别光滑。设计上,大的那个支撑接触面被用来反射Airtag发出的声音,并从边缘处不起眼的隐藏缝隙中将声音释放到外部。光滑的声音反射面可以减小护套对airtag声音的衰减。

最后,将airtag放入保护套,金属面放进圆形槽,或者塑料面放进白环一侧,都可以。按缺口压合两个零件,听见咔哒一声即可。

 

 

拆卸也非常简单:把两块黑饼干掰开即可。

这种小圆柱打印之后使用比较容易短,我认为做成小圆点会好一点

Great little model. Printed beautifully on my A1 Mini using eSun PLA. I ended up putting a few drops of glue to hold the white bushings on.
