Needed to neatly run some ethernet cable along a fence. These cable guide mounts are cheap and easy to print, and do a good job of holding the cable where it's needed. Can be used with a wood screw of suitable length and <3.8mm thick (including thread).
Be mindful that these are relatively delicate. Don't overtighten or they will crack. Could be modded easily for thicker screws or a more robust build.
Best printed on its side. I used PETG on a Bambu P1P and printed off a dozen at once. No supports needed.
