Leg with hexagonal texture for DIY Monitor Stand/ Desk Shelf
This is inspired by the popular expensive wood desk shelves/ stands.
The goal is to DIY on a budget with an off-the-shelf wood panel and 3d printed parts.
Total costs about 20 USD or 32 AUD.
3.5 hr print time for each leg and base pair (7 hours in total) with my BambuLab P1S.
Print orientation can be found in the last photo.
Project:
I am using an affordable dressed pine panel (1200x184x19 mm) for the wood top in this project. (I picked this one up from a local hardware store for about 18 AUD)
Something like Ikea BERGSHULT would be a good option as well. It comes in both 120x20 and 80x20cm if you want a smaller size.
Assembly requires some 25mm long countersunk timber screws (you can use either 4 or 6, the design has 3 screw holes each)
