Update 2024-06-23:
4 inlays added for the drawers.

  • for 1 Bambu Hotend complete (incl. heater, thermistor, fan and sock)
  • for 4 Bambu Hotends (without accessories)
  • for 5 E3D Revo rapidchange nozzles
  • a double box for accessories

All inlays have the same footprint and can be arranged in the drawers according to your own preferences. There are always 4 inlays in one drawer.

 

 

 

The AMS stand raises the AMS by 21.5 cm and offers plenty of storage space for accessories with its 2 large and 4 narrower drawers.
No screws or glue are required for assembly, everything is simply plugged in.
Some plates need to be printed several times (this is noted in the plate name)
Printing plate no. 2 (carcass): 2x
Printing plate no. 3 (large drawer): 2x
Printing plate no. 4 (small drawer): 4x

approx. 3.4kg filament (3.26kg black and 132g orange) required for approx. 64h printing time. 
I used Jayo PLA black matte and eSun PLA matte orange.

Der AMS Ständer erhöht das AMS um 21,5cm und bietet mit seinen 2 großen und 4 schmaleren Schubladen jede Menge Stauraum für Zubehör.
Zur Montage sind keine Schrauben oder Kleber nötig, alles ist nur gesteckt.
Einige Druckplatten müssen mehrfach gedruckt werden (was im Platten-Namen vermerkt ist)
Druckplatte Nr. 2 (Korpus): 2x
Druckplatte Nr. 3 (Schublade groß): 2x
Druckplatte Nr. 4 (Schublade klein): 4x

ca. 3,4kg Filament (3,26kg schwarz und 132g orange) benötigt bei ungefähr 64h Druckzeit. 
Ich habe Jayo PLA schwarz matt sowie eSun PLA Matt Orange genutzt.

Standfüße habe ich mit eSun PLA Mate grau gedruckt. Passt perfekt und sieht super schön aus der gesamte Zusammenbau. Danke für das Model!

Ich hab es „natur“ gelassen. Was mir noch aufgefallen ist, dass die großen Schubladen stark zwicken bei mir. ist es gewollt, dass das Maß so genau ist? oder ist es ein Druckfehler meinerseits 🤔🙈

bei mir laufen sie okay. die haben in der Höhe 0,6 und in der Breite 0,9mm Luft, da sollte eigentlich nichts klemmen wenn man keinen extremen Layerversatz hat.

Solid build. I printed the drawers but they were too tight to open and close effectively. Scaled the drawers and covers back to 99% and it worked perfectly. Printed on the X1C.

Hi. could it be possible to send me those modified files for the bottom drawers? I’m kinda new at this and don’t know how to modify files. if not I will try sanding the sides of the ones I have. Thanks

You can do the following steps to scale it down to 99%: 1. Click on the drawer object. 2. At the top, the "scale" button is enabled. Click on it. 3. It'll bring up a dialog with 100.00 for X, Y, and Z. Change the first one to 99 and hit the TAB key. It should change all 3 values to 99 if the "uniform scale" is checked below. If it isn't simply replace all "100.00" values with 99. You should be ready to slice. The attached screenshot shows all 3 steps. Don't forget to do the same thing for the "Front Honeycomb Big" plate. Those covers also need to be scaled down.

I am about 3/4 done with this print. This thing is awesome! Sturdy, practical, asceticly appealing, and just snaps together. No glue needed. The bottom 2 large drawers are just a smidge tight but that could be caused by humidity, less shrinkage or whatever. I will sand some off the sides and that should work. The other 4 small drawers fit perfect.

anyway to make a drawer insert for A1/A1 Mini hotends and accessories? I’d love to print this I have a X1C and A1 Mini. It would be nice to have storage for both machines.
