!!!"detect thin wall" OPTION HAS TO BE ENABLED IN SLICER!!!!

Tracks should be printed without supports!

I want to present you Tiger 1 tank in 1:35 scale, Tracks are fully movable but wheels are solid due to the strengh issues. If you have an idea for specific vehicle or camuflage, feel free to write to me!

Please, note that tracks should be printed with 0.08 layer height and slow speed.

Please add pictures or description of the wheel assembly. Also the belt just doesn't work. Tried the finest settings but still didn't stick together. Going to try the belt from one of the authors excavators. They are printed fully mounted together. Apart from these problems the model is great. Nice details. Wish the wheels would turn though!

I printed the belt with a 0.2 nozzle and it works so maybe a 0.4 nozzle is not precise enough, +1 for the wheel assembly instructions, I don't know how everyone else figured it out

is it normal for the tracks to keep falling apart while trying to connect them all cant work out if im doing something wrong printed at 0.08 with no supports and very slow but some seem to hold others just drop out straight away?

Do you have „detect thin wall” option enabled in bambu slicer?

I believe so I'm going to try to print them again making sure detect thin walls is checked also using a .2 instead of a .4 nozzle some do seem to hold well but others just will not stay clipped in.

tracks are much tighter now unsure if it was .4 nozzle vs .2 or i turned of detect thin walls that was the issue.

Dark green. When printing the tracks, make sure ur settings are performing. Wasted a lot of time on them

hey, do you think you could make the Sd.Kfz. 234 puma. It’s a ww2 light tank/armoured car. personally I prefer the version with the 75mm gun but there is 4 versions to choose from. I’ll include the Wikipedia link about the vehicle https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sd.Kfz._234

The model looks cool in the photos but the print profile on the app is awful. it's got tree supports everywhere, some in crevasses that make them impossible to remove. I didn’t pay attention and printed the whole thing before I noticed. Now I need to download to my OC and reprint with better settings.

Hi, please show me some photos. It is wired because supports should be only in crucial places

These are the two I just can’t get off but there are a couple other rough spots where they came off but not well. This was printed on an A1 with desert sand matte PLA

Try printing without support on the body (1. picture) . I did and it was much better. Also change to normal support instead of tree.
