3 pieces will require a color change from brown to white for the icing - both roof pieces and the front wall.
I recommend using a brim for the candy cane pieces.
Assembly Instructions
This model is designed to be glued together to replicated a real gingerbread house. It is easy enough to assembly that it can be a family activity. I recommend using 3D Gloop instead of super glue. It will allow for a little longer working time.
Glue together the candy cane and peppermint candy pieces
Attach walls together
I used the base as a guide. Place the walls into the base and glue the walls together, one by one. Once all are dry, use glue to permanently attach them to the base.
Be sure that the side walls stick up past the front and back walls (shown below). Also ensure that the side walls tilt slightly outward. They should be flush with the sides of the front and back walls. (Dry fit first to ensure a good fit)
Attach peppermint candies - flat side attaches to the front and back panels.
Attach candy canes to the side walls - ensure that the top of the candy canes share the same angle as the slope of the side wall tops.
Attach the roof pieces to the walls - the side walls should slot into the holes on the bottom side of the roof panels.
This is an awesome print! everything is well thought out, prints flawlessly and everything fits as it should. I love it, the kids love it, and most importantly, my wife loves it!
