腐朽之剑悬臂增高防缠绕(防止铁氟龙进料管卡料)

产生需求的原因

没想到有一天会被卡料卡的破防,最可气的是卡的还不是料材线,是铁氟龙进料管emmmmm。就很离谱,可能是喷头在打满盘分布的高度不是很高的模型时,X轴打完一层时移动把铁氟龙进料管挤压高度升高,然后热盘随着Y轴快速移动时,刚好越过悬臂,再移动时就会卡住动弹不得。。。。。。

 

制作的过程与目的性

所以我一气之下气了一下,设计出了这个悬臂增高的配件,用了喜欢的王国之泪的腐朽的大师之剑轮廓,失败了五次之后,第六次意料之中成功了!层高的高0.2需要2h45min 46.71g(高强度),0.08层高需要6h42m 37.31g。亲测了打印12H再没卡过料哈哈哈哈!(图中的升降小车)愿这把剑阻挡铁氟龙进料管越过悬臂的同时,也能给选择下载的你,带来披荆斩棘的勇气,被自己热爱的事物所偏爱!热爱可抵万难~

It's really absurd. It might be because when the nozzle is printing a model with a low distribution of layers, the X-axis moves after completing a layer, causing the PTFE feeding tube to be pressed higher, and then when the heated bed moves rapidly along the Y-axis, it just happens to pass over the hanging arm, causing it to get stuck and unable to move... The process of making and its purpose So, in a fit of anger, I designed this accessory to raise the hanging arm. I used the outline of the decaying sword of the Kingdom's Tear, and after five failed attempts, it unexpectedly succeeded on the sixth try! Printing at a layer height of 0.2 requires 2h45min 46.71g (high strength), while a layer height of 0.08 requires 6h42m 37.31g. Tested it and haven't had a jam in 12 hours, hahaha! (The lifting trolley in the picture) May this sword not only block the PTFE feeding tube from passing over the hanging arm but also bring you the courage to overcome obstacles in pursuing what you love! Love can conquer all difficulties~
