I decided to create a modular laboratory stand.
The project was born from the idea of providing laboratory workers (in difficult or impractical situations) with a modular and easily transportable tool.
With such a project it is possible to print the stand once and then customize it by printing the plates needed at the time.
It is possible to model new plates based on the initial mold.
As of today 05/28/2024 there are 3 different plates for tubes and 2 different plates for falcons.
LabStand_Base_200x150
Base stand with open bottom (lighter and faster to print)
LabStand_Base_200x150_Floor
Base stand with floor (more resistant and less warping problems in printing)
LabStand_Tube_base
Usable base plate to create your own personalized plates
LabStand_Tube_Plate_Epp_2ml_cuv_other
Plate to hold 2ml and 1.5ml Eppendorf tubes, cuvettes, and there is general space to hold other types of generic items
Cuvette plate
plate to hold cuvettes
LabStand_Tube_Plate_Epp_x4_cuvette
Plate to hold 4 different types of Eppendorf tubes (2ml-0.2ml) and cuvettes
LabStand_Falcon_base
Usable base plate to create your own personalized plates
LabStand_Falcon_15-50
Plate to hold Falcon 50ml (2) and 15ml (10)
LabStand_Falcon_50-15
Plate to hold Falcon 50ml (3) and 15ml (6)
LabStand_Base_200x150:
Infill: 5-8% (Gyroid)
(We want a stand that is lightweight and easy to carry. But if you prefer something sturdier, increase this parameter.)
Wall Line Count: 1/2

Tube_Plates/Falcon_Plates:
It depends on what you want to achieve.
If you want a strong but light plate:
Top/bottom layer: 7
If you want an extremely light plate
Top/bottom layer: 3
Infill: 10% (lines)
The project, as much as possible, will be kept up-to-date trying to add as many plates as possible.
Every contribution is welcome.
