Description

纯粹跟风,但个人认为是目前最有效的低成本方案

散热单元采用3010风扇,5V或12V影响不大,

 温控开关采用KSD9700常开型,选择45度或50度 (非紧密接触选择低温更佳)

 排除电源部分,总成本低于6元

 

1.电源问题:个人对电路并不十分熟悉,对于直接在设备取电没有什么信心。
外部电源假如是5V风扇可以用旧USB电源及充电线(一般红线为正极);假如是12V风扇可以用DC电源(一般花线为正极)
2.风扇卡扣上下卡榫长度不一样,短卡榫在上,长卡榫在下,
风扇卡扣为了加强稳固性使用了互锁设计,如需要拆除卡扣请先将风扇移除,
稍微对卡扣上方用力下压即可取出,暴力拆除可能导致卡扣断裂
3.为什么是抽风而不是吹风,个人觉得吹风内部扰流大一些,但吹风效果应该更好的
 

 

Purely following the trend, but in my opinion, it is currently the most effective low-cost solution 
The cooling unit adopts a 3010 fan, and 5V or 12V has little effect, 
The temperature control switch adopts KSD9700 normally open type, with a selection of 45 degrees or 50 degrees (low temperature is preferred for non tight contact) 
Excluding the power supply, the total cost is less than 6 yuan

 

1. Power supply problem: The individual is not very familiar with the circuit and has no confidence in taking power directly from the device. If the external power supply is 5V fan can use the old USB power supply and charging line (the general red line is positive); If it is 12V fan can use DC power supply (general flower is positive) 

2. Fan buckle up and down card tenon length is different, short card tenon is on, long card tenon is next, fan buckle used interlock design in order to strengthen stability, If you need to remove the buckle please remove the fan, slightly on the buckle above the pressure can be taken out, violent demolition may lead to buckle fracture 

3. Why is the ventilation rather than hair, personal feel that the hair inside the spoiler is larger, but the hair effect should be better

注意:另一侧安装风扇会导致退料功能失效,由于撞机距离达到4mm(具体如图所示),即使是3007风扇也太厚,不建议使用,坚持使用请放弃自动退料功能选择自行按压断料刀。

Attention: Installing a fan on the other side will result in the failure of the material return function. Due to the collision distance reaching 4mm (as shown in the figure), even the 3007 fan is too thick and not recommended for use. If you insist on using it, please give up the automatic material return function and choose to press the cutting blade by yourself.

V3版:修改了导线槽,可以用于压紧温控开关接触步进电机,删除了旧版本模型,只保留新版本模型,上传了配置文件,该版本为该模型最终版本

V3:Modified the wire slot, which can be used to compress the temperature control switch contact stepper motor. The old version model was deleted, and only the new version model was retained. The configuration file was uploaded, and this version is the final version of the model

就放在上面没固定,电线本身有一定弹性,加上线槽卡口固定,基本不会动的

另一侧的风扇安装,可以镜像支架,因为打印机外壳是对称设计的,但我担心会和打印机发生碰撞
