This is my rendition of the VOX Hat. All colored parts have a recessed place for easy placement just glue and your done. The antenna are in 2 halves to help with structural integrity just carefully glue the 2 halves together and insert into hat ( they are strong but not unbreakable).  As an alternative for the antenna you can use a black hanger just cut bend and glue in place. You must print with supports. The colored parts are printed in an orientation to give them shine when using silk filaments. You might want to use a cool plate with glue for the blue heartbeat it does not like the supports with the pei plate that's why I suggested printing 2 one should work.

The disc is meant to be used as a mount. you can use a hot melt heat insert with a screw with the hole and screw it into your cosplay after you glue the disc into the hat.
