Description

A fun but simple game of dice with 15 dice to roll and lots of fun to be had this game is perfect for a group of anywhere from 2 to 6 players just trying to have some simple but competive fun! There are quite a bit of rules so here they are:

Rules for Dice Demolition:

Setup:

  • Before starting the game, collect 2 to 6 players and make sure each player has a blank piece of paper to mark their points throughout the game.
  • Place all eight types of dice on your playing surface. These are comprised of the Point Dice W, Action Dice R, Number of Action Dice R, point Subtraction Dice B, Steal Strength Dice BU, Counter Strength Dice BU, End of Game Bonus Dice W, and Switch Around Dice Bu.

Types of Dice:

Point Dice:

  • Ability: Provide points that players have collected throughout the game.
  • When to Use: Rolled at the beginning of each turn to increase a player's point total.

Action Dice:

  • Ability: Determine the actions a player can take during their turn.
  • When to Use: Rolled after Point Dice to determine the actions available to the player.

Number of Action Dice:

  • Ability: Determine the number of Action Dice a player can roll during their turn.
  • When to Use: Rolled after Point Dice to determine the number of Action Dice the player can roll next.

Point Subtraction Dice:

  • Ability: Subtract points from a player's total each turn.
  • When to Use: Rolled to hinder opponents or manipulate the player's own point total.

Steal Strength Dice:

  • Ability: Determine the strength of a steal action.
  • When to Use: Rolled when attempting to steal points from opponents.

Counter Strength Dice:

  • Ability: Determine the strength of a counter action.
  • When to Use: Rolled to negate or lessen the effect of a steal action performed by another player.

End of Game Bonus Dice:

  • Ability: Provide special bonuses or effects at the end of the game.
  • When to Use: Effects applied at the conclusion of the game, potentially influencing the final outcome.

Switch Around Dice:

  • Everyone at the beginning of the game has been assigned a number (1,2,3,4,5 or 6) if your number is rolled then you will switch point values with the person that rolled the switch around dice that has landed on your number.

On Your Turn:

Roll Point Dice:

  • Start your turn by rolling the 4 Point Dice.
  • Add up the numbers rolled and add this total to your current point total.

Roll Number of Action Dice:

  • Roll the Number of Action Dice.
  • The symbol you roll (A1, A2, or A3) determines how many Action Dice you can roll next.

Roll Action Dice:

  • Roll the determined number of Action Dice.
  • The symbols rolled (S, C, and x2) dictate the actions you can take during your turn
  • S (Steal): Steal points from another player based on the difference of the Steal Strength Die and the counter strength dice if the counter strength is higher than or equal to the steal strength then nothing happens and the steal is negated you cannot use the steal action until the 2nd round has begun if you roll this then you do not get to use it until the 2nd round.
  • C(charity): Pick a player to give some points to then you roll one of the 3 dice that have the numbers 1,2,3,4,5, and 6 on them then subtract that number you rolled and add that amount of points to the player you picked's total this action cannot be negated you do not do this action until the start of the 2nd round.
  • X2: Multiply your point dice roll by 2 then add but you can’t add the point dice roll and the doubled point dice roll to your points you just add the doubled number you cannot use this action until the start of the 2nd round.

Resolve Actions:

  • Perform the actions indicated by the symbols rolled on the Action Dice.

Update Points:

  • Adjust your point total on your paper according to the results of your rolls and actions.

Roll The Subtraction dice:

  • Roll all 4 of the Subtraction dice at the end of your turn then whatever the total number you rolled is you will subtract that from your points on the piece of paper.

When to use the switch around dice:

  • The time that you use the switch around dice is right after the second round has resolved (When all players have resolved their actions and finished adding their points up).
  • The person who rolls the switch around dice is the person who went first for the game.
  • The player will roll the switch around dice before they do any of their other dice rolls.
  • After the switch around dice has ben rolled the players will switch point values and then proceed the game as normal.

When to use the end of game bonus dice:

  • The time you use the end of game bonus dice is at the end of the game when all rounds have been finished. The person who rolls this dice is the person with the least amount of points at the end of the game.

Gameplay:

  • Players take turns following the "On Your Turn" steps until all players have had a turn if you know the order in witch to play you can still refer to these rules if you are still unsure about the order.
  • After 8 full rounds the game is ended and you count up your points.
  • The player with the highest point total at the end of the game wins.
