Description

Fortnite Season 5 Chapter 3 Megalo Don Medallion designed by me!

All tested and printing fine with 0.2 nozzle - I haven't tested with the 0.4 nozzle, however judging by other medallions from previous seasons, it will not do the detail as good as the 0.2.

Designed to be palm size, 60mm for the round disc shape, a little larger once the spikes are added.

Print time for this one is:

Plate 1 - Spikes: 28mins

Plate 2 - Main Body: 4h57mins

Spikes attached to body using super glue, careful not to spill any as this will show up after it has dried.

I ended up changing to the smooth plate as that released the models the best - ensure plate has been cleaned with brush and soap to ensure the easiest removal afterwards.

If all medallions are printed at once, it will total up around 9h 56min, with 2 separate prints. Spikes on one plate @ 1h10m, and the main bodies on the other @ 8h35m. May be slightly quicker without the ironing.

As seen in photo using Bambu Lab filaments

I'm hoping it's just 1 or 2 color changes maybe 3 max?

47 total using 0.6 multiplier for flushing volume which has worked brilliantly for me in the past. The total waste filament greatly reduced when all are printed together as colour changes are almost exactly the same
