!!!"detect thin wall" OPTION HAS TO BE ENABLED IN SLICER!!!!

Tracks should be printed without supports!

I want to present you Panther tank in 1:35 scale, Tracks are fully movable but wheels are solid due to the strengh issues. If you have an idea for specific vehicle or camuflage, feel free to write to me!

Please, note that tracks should be printed with 0.08 layer height and slow speed.

Printing the tracks while following your comments has honestly been one of the most challenging prints i have done in awhile, thankfully the waste is minimal but the time it takes. do you have a specific spacing you use to print this? Is there something else i am missing here or do i need to print each track individually? on my 4th attempt now. Printing with .4 Hardened Steel, Black PLA, Textured plate, 0.16mm initial layer to then 0.08mm, no aux fan, Running at 50% speed, 0.08 layer height *8-hour print* fail. best i have had is 2/5 of the tracks print well, rest is thrown around chamber. *edit - supports also turned off.* Awesome design, so cred on that, but the tracks my man. oof

To be honest, they printed well on my first attempt. My printer is in room without any air circulation and temperature changes, my plate is new and i cleaned it very well. I do not know what may cause this much fail attempts. They are just falling from print bed? On approximately which layer? Mabye if they have all solid first layers, they will print well.

Thanks for the Reply, I honestly think it could be a mixture of things, Layer adhesion post initial bed adhesion, Minor defects seem, to be common for me, I just stripped the plate after another failure. It starts with one track then propagates, starts with a gap or a minor missing amount being printed. My plan is to try a .16 to see if I can give it a little more material to see it will print happily. or even seam placement I do the same regarding maintenance, on the layer it seems to occur is between 1 & 6

I had problems with the tracks i found they printed VERY Well if you do 0.2mm nozzle with PLA plate with 3 layers of glue and you print by object they came out perfect the model looks Amazing. Dziękuję !

How should be the wheels pieced together?

I am so sorry, I made a mistake while putting everything together, there should be 8 low wheels and 8 high wheels, and in the old profile, there were only high. I changed print profile and now everything should be correct

Hi! In the description you say that the tracks should be printed in 0.08 but in the profile for P1S they are at 0.12 Should I change it to 0.08 or print them as is?
