Description

Cutlery drainer.

Dimensions:

  • width: 80 mm
  • depth: 100 mm
  • height: 133 mm

The overlay is printed with a large angle, so that the print will be successful, it is printed together with a support that must be removed after it cools down. You need to use some force if it sticks together. You can pry it off with something sharp in a visible crack.

My tests show that my support gives a better effect than the automatic (generated) one.

If you are printing from a material that is even slightly transparent, use a printing profile with three layers so that the fill pattern is not visible. From my experience, I can tell you that the basic colors from Bamba are slightly transparent and the matte colors are very opaque. My model is printed with matte colors and only two layers.

My gray print shows delicate shaded stripes, this is caused by different printing speeds, in the final printing profile I reduced the speed of the outer wall to 100mm/s to make the color uniform.

The grid at the bottom is not mandatory, it is added to keep the cutlery in its compartment.

Before you start printing, make sure you have a clean plate (Wash it in warm soapy water or IPA).

If you have printed it, please leave a rating.

awesome design. thank you! Sometimes the divider insert rides up, but generally this is super useful in our kitchen.
