I did not create this model. It was created by Lali3D over at Printables: https://www.printables.com/@Lali3d
I printed this using:
The supports are pretty intense on this so I tried my usual of using PETG as the support interface but if I'm being honest the support interfaces were so small that it really did nothing. I'd say save yourself the time and just use PLA for everything and don't have the filament switches. Again it used something like less than 1g of PETG and just added a bunch of time.
My tool of choice for support removal and cleanup is the SOG Powerpint. I love it and it has everything I need on it for support cleanup.
The original creator (Lali3D) put their model at a 30 degree tile on the x-axis to reduce supports on the face but I'm pretty sure they were using a 0.4mm nozzle. I left mine flat on the bed and my face turned out fine I think.
My images are pre-clean-up so there are still a few rough edges. Once cleaned up my wife will be painting it for me.
