Spool Weight compatible with 55mm spool holes

This spool weight helps to keep your spools from jumping around in your AMS when running low on filmanent. It allows for realiable feeding & retraction and works with most types of spools. The tube has a diameter of approx. 52mm and will fit most spools with a 55mm hole or less.

The overall length of the spool weight is 66mm, but there is also a taller version with 71mm available for download if required (e.g. for “Extrudr” spools). 

To print the 71mm tall version, click on “Download STL” and select the tube with a length of 68mm. Together with the lid which has a height of 3mm, you will get a 71mm tall print of the spool weight.

Fill the tube with steel pellets, screw in the internal closure, add the lid and you are ready to go!
