May be a weird/beginner question. I am printing the mouth closed version in PLA with multicolor (purple and black). But it appears it is also printing some rectangular blocks next to the Ditto figure. Do anyone know why that is or if I should've deleted something in the file before printing?

It's called a purge tower. When using the AMS a purge tower is needed to make sure all of the previous color is wiped out before starting another color. You sadly can't get rid of the purge tower (not to my knowledge) But it's useful none the less. No worries, it's all part of the AMS and one of the measures it takes to make sure no filament bleed happens to multi color prints.
