Description

With 2 plates of two halves to reduce support

Experience the thrill of aviation with this meticulously crafted model of the iconic F-22 Raptor.

Designed with precision, this model captures the sleek lines and dynamic stance of the renowned stealth fighter jet.

The model features a string art display that artfully simulates the aircraft in mid-flight, giving the illusion of the F-22 soaring through the skies.

The F-22 Raptor model is presented in a suspended display, creating an ethereal, floating effect. This design element not only enhances the visual appeal but also showcases the advanced engineering of the aircraft. The strings are adding to the sense of motion, aerodynamic and realism.

  • String art display for a dynamic, floating effect
  • Ideal for aviation enthusiasts and collectors

what supports did you use?

Replying to @GunnerM :
I printed the two sliced plates individually that @raskal provided from my phone, so did not make any edits, which had minor supports only on the connections between both parts. I’d strongly recommend using the plates he/she provided with the settings tied to those plates.

@kevin.toegel Thanks for your picture !! Brim should secure the print, don't know if it safe without it, maybe on the cool plate they could be removed

how exactly do you print this? Do you just use a massive amount of support material to support everything?

The first profile got a cut to the model under the display stand to avoid almost any supports so you got two parts and connectors to link them only the smaller part need supports for the height of the connectors , i will post stl files for the separated parts
