When a new piece of furniture arrives at home and you finish assembling it, there's always someone who says, "It would have been nice if there was an extra shelf."
Then you remember you have a 3D printer. After taking a couple of measurements, you try to create something practical and quick to print.
A few hours of design work and half a day of extruding some PLA later, here’s the result. This is the second version of my "shoe shelf" (a bit sturdier than the first but still very lightweight).
Since these are custom-made for this piece of furniture, they might not fit yours. But among the files, there's an OpenSCAD file you can use to customize the dimensions to suit your needs.
I've got files available for two different sizes (250x210) and (250x225), each with a version at 120mm and 150mm height.
This model is super easy to print and doesn't need any supports or post-processing.
You can print it with a 0.4mm nozzle and a layer height of 0.24mm
If you like this model and want to support my work, you can give me a "boost" 🚀 or buy me a [Ko-Fi].

Your contribution, no matter how small, helps me buy new spools of filament for creating my prototypes. ;) Thanks in advance! :)
