Description

Description:

The “StingStop 4000” trap is a simple and small fully printed wasp trap that can also be used as a live trap and hopefully lets you enjoy summer days without wasps!

Attracted by the scent of the food, wasps can get in through the funnel, but can no longer get out.

Instructions

Using the trap is super easy

  1. Screw on
  2. Pure attractant
  3. Screw down
  4. The trap is ready

With the live trap, you can simply open the trap again after your garden party and let the full (usually calm) wasps out again.

Lure

Death or life... the decision is up to you! and your corresponding lure

Lure 1 (live trap!!):

  • Fruit pieces
  • Meat pieces

Lure 2:

  • Simply mix equal parts sugar water and beer together and then pour it into the trap.
  • A few splashes of vinegar (this keeps bees and bumblebees away) and the bait is perfect.
  • Fill to approx. 2-3 cm, do not fill completely full!

Filament/Print:

I recommend a suitable filament for outdoor use, I used PETG Basic from Bambu here.

Printing is easy and completely without support. I printed it on a Bambu A1 mini.

!!!Disclaimer!!!

Please remember! - In some countries the willful killing of wasps is officially prohibited! (Example: Germany)

In addition, I naturally accept no liability for stitches or anything else.

Everything at your own risk!
