Description

I designed a cost-effective vacuum nozzle for Philips 2000/3000/7000/8000 Series vacuums (only tested on 2000/3000), featuring a clever two-part construction that locks easily when assembled. This support-free print includes a removable support within the design, ensuring a smooth printing process. By printing this nozzle, you can save around $50 compared to purchasing the original part.

After printing, break off the removable support.

Boosts are appreciated 🙈

If you are not using my 3MF file, don't forget to add 0.1mm space between the support model and the nozzle.

Bambulab studio will show you the error, that object has floating regions. Ignore it. Its because of the space between support model and the nozzle.

Great modell! Would it be possible to make one where the nozzle is a bit shorter so it could be printed on A1 mini (180mm)?
