Description

While repairing one of my REI Flash carbon fiber trekking poles, came to realize at some point the plastic insert that caps off the middle tube from the handle tube had either come off or was never put in. This leads to a bit of a rattle with high vibration since the middle tube has no stay against the seating inside the tube handle.

This design is a simple, straightforward TPU 95A print, default settings all around, .20mm Strength. Inserts pressure fit into middle tube; you can glue them if you want but it shouldn't be necessary.

Photograph with pair shows manufacturer's insert next to the one I printed.

The issue is that the photo which shows the side by side doesn't appear in the Handy App, only on the webpage. I'll see if I can't adjust this, thanks for the feedback!
