6.2更新了装饰壳,没啥用

5.31更新壁厚优化打印配置,第一个文件如果因为悬垂性能不足破损,可打印第2个

同时5.31版本优化了齿轮散热出风

增加4010风扇版本,并对6025和4020版本进行改进,6025虽然有更高的上限,但因为出风孔大小问题,要有更大的负压区间才能够发挥效能,在实验时发现6025加上增加负压的加厚支架会因为太重触发裹头检测,所以放弃了

4010这一版增加了负压区间,提高了效率,并把一部分风导到挤出机齿轮口,盖子增加了卡槽,减少脱落,同时加厚了部分结构

使用热成像观察,送风通道是低于周边,是正常送入冷风,风力大小看风扇,且在箱内温度40情况下,能压制在60度内,可以在贴个散热片辅助,应该就可以在45度下压制到60度内了

另外推荐买带螺母口的4010风扇或用m4kbk螺丝固定,也可以直接卡,但没螺丝保险,还有个办法是卡住后往风扇螺丝孔里打热融胶,冷却后会形成胶钉,加上风扇和打印件成本低问题不大

不会建模 提供一个思路,这样应该是最完美的散热方案 然后电机两侧粘散热片,上方风扇通过2个竖缝进气给电机散热,然后保留原设计的挤出机齿轮散热。 https://makerworld.com/zh/models/468727#profileId-378039 综合上置风扇优点,侧吹效果其实不如这个。

这个上置的是我最开始建的方案了,但我没使用,因为没散热片对流话,效果是不如侧吹的,只有2个口负压小,我用热成像看比侧吹还高5度,而又因为2个孔负压远大于齿轮出风口,导致齿轮出风口风也没显著增加,不过需要话我也可以提供这个上置的模型,毕竟很早就完成了

我测试了一下,双风扇在退料切时会和右x电机冲突,除非抬高或者用3cm更薄的风扇,但那样散热效果应该提升不大,可以尝试更换更大或者更高转的风扇

右侧可以用3010的风扇,躲过x电机突出那部分。我加了两侧散热片和左侧风扇,现在打完挤出机电机基本不烫手。

printed this thing twice and ran into same issue with 2 different PETG filaments. the fan cover split onen on the corner seam and the infill was consistently very sparse in just one area I circled in green to show where it did not completely fill the area and the other image shows where on the fan cover it cracked. had to slow the print down to 50% for the crack problem but didn’t make a difference on the other piece where the full is incomplete and air leaks out the cracks. move the cover seam

This position is relatively thin in order to provide more air volume. The STL drawing is normal, but there may be some disconnection due to the resolution issue of the slicing. If there is a large area of damage, please use 0.12 layers and slow down the printing. I tested 5 brands of PETG, and if the suspension performance is poor or the flow rate is too high or too low, this kind of damage will occur

风扇的出线位置不一样导致外壳没法用,用的petg可能有收缩卡得不够紧
