Description
This is my second creation; your feedback is welcome and appreciated
Firstly, this model accommodates a 500g spool of solder wire, with a width of 6cm
Secondly, a hollowed-out base design allows for the embedding of four 5mm diameter magnets (to prevent displacement as the solder wire nears depletion)
Three apertures are incorporated to facilitate solder wire extraction from various angles
After magnet installation, it can adhere to a hot air gun casing or other ferrous surfaces
Printing requires no supports, resulting in a seamless, one-piece design for convenience and efficiency

Preview 2024/10/28 Considering the potential for displacement due to decreasing solder weight, a counterweight has been designed, costing only 6 yuan for prototyping on LCSC, currently undergoing testing
2025-1-6 Updated counterweight for enhanced stability (the grey component below is aluminum alloy, orderable from LCSC or Quan Zhou: import the STEP file), the file is in this folder
