Description

This is a universal, screwless caliper box, which should fit a lot of commonly used calipers.

The TPU seal is optional, but it will improve the the tightness of the clamping mechanism.

Special printsettings:

The TPU parts should be extra soft, make sure to set the following settings or use my printprofile:

Perimeters: 1

Top & bottom layer: 2

Infill type: Gyroid

Infill: 5%

I have - somewhat clumsily - modified this to fit 200mm digital calipers. Message me if you'd like the f3d to share on your profile, I think other people might be interested. (I'd be happy to eventually package the meshes together and share on mine too, with attribution, if thats permissible)

upon review - the reason I couldn't find a case for 200mm calipers is, such a case doesn't fit on the printbed o_O will see if I can rework and i'll try posting a remix if I can. Cheers!

CR2032 Battery deposit

Worked great. My calipers were a bit thicker, so I had to forego the TPU pads on the lid. Printed in ABS and added text to the lid.

excellent print, basically a perfect fit with my Neikos. The wheels/clasps are a bit fragile with the default profile; I'd recommend increasing walls, but otherwise no issues.
