Remix of Hockenmaiers M2 Filament guide. I used his guide for a while but it does not feed well with the larger than stock guide tube.
I only use the middle hole, so removed the others and clipped off the end. I also completely redid the filament path.
The new guide has a collar that holds the 5mm teflon tube (which is a nice upgrade in itself). Under the collar is a 2.5mm hole that opens to a large 7mm funnel. The funnel shape compensates for the angled filament coming off the roll and now the filament feeds better than ever.

Notes:
I used supports to make the feed holes nice and round.
It may also help to drill out the bolt holes a bit, mine were too snug.
