Glad you liked it. I'm always willing to listen to suggestions. I made this model specifically for me to use with the model "Radius gauges 1-10mm & 11-30mm" found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/84893?from=search#profileId-90764. And for me this worked awesomely. I can imagine this screw will not be strong enough for many applications, and this is probably not the only screw to be found on this site. I choose to publish this one screw this way so that I can easily find it and I don't have to sift through multiple profiles. This way of publishing also allows me to print an arbitrary amount of copies at once. I don't know exactly how a larger and deeper head will prevent it from snapping off, but if I leave a bit of the shaft near the head unthreaded, it should strengthen the connection between the shaft and head. Printing it at an angle should also increase its strength. I will try to improve this screw and add a profile. At the moment, I cannot conduct any testing, so this profile will take a while
