As mentioned in the Bambu maintenance guide (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/maintenance/period-maintenance), you'll need a little air blower to clean little parts like the filament sensor and the extruder gears.
Just print with my downloadable profile that includes a godly brim and a perfect (at least for me) TPU profile.
VERY IMPORTANT: The key of success here is to have a nearly perfect TPU setting, so test your temp and retraction VERY well.
The nozzle could eventually be closed by the last layer due to an imperfect TPU setting, here's the solution: just use a pointed tweezers or a big needle as shown in the pictures. |
